A new restaurant dedicated to lobster rolls opens in Saint-Germain-des-Prés at the beginning of September 2019. After a first restaurant in the Marais and collaborations with the Royal Monceau or the houseboat Polpo, Moise Sfez continues its expansion in Paris on the left bank side. A lobster rolls lover, this brioche lobster sandwich whose original recipe was born on the East Coast of the United States, it is available in all its forms, in this new address, rue de l'Ancienne Comédie. The new restaurant is called Homer Lobster Saint-Germain. Four iconic recipes are offered: Le Classic served with lemon mayonnaise, Le Connecticut slightly warmed seasoned with lemon butter and herbs, L'Avocado, where lobster is mixed with Guacamole and Amarillo with a secret sauce with Peruvian pepper. The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 12h to 23h, on site or to take away.
