Each dinner will be unique, showcasing the products, the diversity and the richness of the French terroir cultivated by the producers.

April 27, 2019 at 8:30 pm: The chef turned to the renowned producer Christophe Latour to propose to his guests a map sublimating seasonal vegetables.
May 24, 2019 at 8:30 pm: The chef invites his guests for a unique gastronomic interlude around blackmoutrine products and fish from the producer Gautier Semences.
June 28, 2019 at 8:30 pm: The guests will have the opportunity to (re) discover the caviar of Maison Kaviari, renowned for the excellence of its products and for its eco-responsible approach.
